Damaris has ministered at many of our Christian Working Woman events, by popular demand! Our women really appreciate her music, her heart for the Lord, and her genuiness. In addition, I greatly value her servant attitude. — Mary Whelchel, The Christian Working Woman

I just finished reading “How to Choose a Translation for All Its Worth,” by Gordon D. Fee and Mark L. Strauss. It’s a must read for people who want to dig deeper into the Word of God. They explain in a very concise way the when, where, why and how the many Bible versions have come to us.  Even though these two writers are brilliant, you will not find it difficult to understand this very helpful book.  If you want a better understanding of God’s Word and how to study it, then you need to pick this one up now!

Damaris is currently reading a commentary on Phillipians by Gordon Fee.  He has two, this one he refers to as “Little Phil” because the other one is really big!
