Rod and Damaris love Jesus! Their passion for Christ and for the gospel runs deep. They are true servants and lovers of the Lord and of His people. Any time I am around them, I am drawn irresistibly into the presence of God. His Spirit is evident in their lives and ministry in an unusual way.

Merry Christmas!
12/24/2008
Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you have a wonderful and peaceful Christmas.
Here’s the family shot for this year. We are so thankful for our children who are serving the Lord whole-heartedly. Ashley is living home and working, getting ready to pursue her masters degree in education so that she can teach middleschool here in NYC. James is in Navy flight school training in helicopters, and very active in his church and in Officer’s Christian Fellowship in the Pensacola, FL area.
Dámaris and I covet your prayers as we enter 2009, beginning discussions about a new CD and looking forward to ministry opportunities wherever they might develop. Our lives, and our ministry, are in the Lord’s hands. He can, and will, take care of us, despite the economy. His grace is sufficient for all our needs.

Hello Damaris!
I was the one who was suppose to get a hold of you in regards to my twin sister’s wedding on October 3rd. Tim couldn’t wait any longer so he went ahead and contacted you himself. I guess he never mentioned the wedding to you. Looks like he only asked you for the reception in November in Virginia.
Just wanted to say that Jim and I missed seeing you at my Cousin Sam’s grand opening and dedication of the Hope Theatre. It was a blessing to see the rest of your family.
God bless you,

Dear Damaris and Rod,
Merry Christmas to you, too! What a beautiful picture of you with your children, you have a beautiful family. I hope that you have a wonderful and peaceful Christmas as well. I will continue to pray for God’s rich blessings for you, your family, your ministry…and for a new CD. I thank the Lord for you each day, and for what He has done and will do in your lives as you continue on your journey with Him, in your ministry, and wherever He takes you.
I covet your prayers as well, for ministry opportunities for a short-term medical missions trip, and teaching opportunities. I love the Lord, He has given me so much, and has taught me so much. I thank Him every day for all that He has done for me, for all of His blessings, and I want to give Him all of me. God is faithful, and will continue His work in me on my journey with Him, too.
Thank you Damaris and Rod for your love and devotion in serving our precious Lord.
Love in Christ,
Regina
