Chambers family you met were: Faye Chambers, her son Brent and his wife Jeannette and their son Jay. Faye is sister-in-law to your Aunt May/Mae Carbaugh Chambers who was married to Rolly Chambers (Senior – He has a nephew named for him – Faye and Weldon’s son). There was an accident in New Jersey on Route 28 near Jug Town Mountain per Rev. Nelson Melvin’s book “Glance Over My Shoulder” page 27. Ken Schwarzburg means black/Schwarz -town/burg. Thank you for these pictures and for the video also. It was so good to see you and I am so thankful for our visit.

Thank you for many years my family has followed Damaris Carbaugh’s songs, since she was a Cortese singing with
her family, and her wonderful mother Amy. Many times, like the prodigal daughter God always welcomed me home.
Thank you for this post it is wonderful and God inspired, always welcoming some one home. Thank You again

Hi Damaris: I have been singing from your performance tracks your music. I have for years tried to find music that was in my range… then I found you and your performance tapes. I love singing this music because of the message it gives with every selection.
I enjoyed hearing your testimony above regarding age… I agree because at 65 I am still singing His Praises and loving it, and you are right we do not Praise him enought…AMEN…
Everywhere I sing people are awe inspired by the Ministry with the song and the message in the song.

I am so excited that you have released this CD. God answered my prayer so specifically. I had been praying what to do for the next lessons of our Bible Study since we will be finishing with the CD Not Ashamed in a few weeks. I had been listening almost constantly to your other CDs to see if any of them would work for our format, but didn’t feel they were quite right. Yesterday, I implored God one more time to direct me to what He would have us do….and you know the answer…today I found out that you have released the new CD and of course these songs are perfect for our study!!! This is my first Christmas in about 8 years that I will not be spending with my family in the Virgin Islands or California, so I totally understand. Yes, Jesus came to give us His love and peace and showed us how to live–sharing that love and peace with others. Wishing you ALL God’s richest blessings for this season.

PS: who is the Redskins’ fan? That’s my absolute, all-time sports team (heart has been broken these last several years) win or lose.

Damaris, thank you for the message “Live in the word” I have become so weak in my walk, ready to give up because I felt that I just can’t get it right, I’ve failed so many times. This message encouraged me to fight, and my first step is to get into the word. I am not disciplined when it comes to reading the Bible, I’ve often asked God to change that in me – please offer a prayer of agreement that this change will come, and be permanent. I can’t go backwards again.
I also thank God for your music ministry, you were one of the first gospel artists I was introduced to as a baby christian (“I am not ashamed”) and I have been a fan ever since.
